Only books available in their entirety are included. Because of licensing agreements, some of them can only be used by faculty, staff, and students of the University of Maryland, College Park. These users can access them only through the campus network. Information on off-campus access is available.

• CIAO (Columbia International Affairs Online) A small, selected collection of books on topics pertaining to International Affairs.
• EEBO (Early English Books Online) From the first book printed in English by William Caxton, through the age of Spenser and Shakespeare and the tumult of the English Civil War, Early English Books Online (EEBO) contains over 125,000 titles listed in Pollard & Redgrave's Short-Title Catalogue (1475-1640),Wing's Short-Title Catalogue (1641-1700), and the Thomason Tracts (1640-1661).
• Literature Online A fully searchable library of thousands of works of English and American poetry, drama, and prose, plus biographies, bibliographies, key criticism and reference sources.
• MIT CogNet Fulltext online library collection now features over 400 books from the MIT Press and Bradford imprints.
• Netlibrary [FAQ] Search the full text of a collection of electronic versions of more than 1400 current scholarly books on a variety of subjects. Combines items purchased for College Park affiliates only and a MDL collection.
