NIH Public Access PolicyIn early January 2008, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) announced a revision to its Public Access Policy that ensures that published results of NIH-funded research are publicly available. Effective April 7, 2008, all peer-reviewed articles arising from NIH funds are required to be submitted to PubMed Central within 12 months of publication. Please visit the NIH Public Access site for further information. Thesis/Dissertation Deposit TimelineNew submissions to the thesis/dissertation collections are added automatically as they are received from the Graduate School. Currently, the Graduate School deposits all theses and dissertations from a given semester after the official graduation date. This means that there may be up to a 4 month delay in the appearance of a given thesis/dissertation in DRUM. |
