Mission
The Organizational Development Office supports the efforts of the team-based learning organization through the planning and design of systems and processes, and training and facilitation for teams, units and workgroups.
How the Office of Organizational Development Can Help You
- Provide faciliation for short or long term needs via the
Facilitators Team
- Assist with meeting planning or agenda creation.
- Identify tools and activities that will help team development.
- Provide individual coaching to develop skills for communicating effectively and approaching challenging situations successfully.
- Use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator with teams to improve communication and team dynamics.
