Directions and Parking

For directions to campus visit Conferences and Visitor Services. For parking and biking information visit the Department of Transportation Services. The STEM Library is located in Room 1403 on the first floor of William E. Kirwan Hall (the Math building) at the University of Maryland College Park.

The public entrance to the STEM library can be found inside William E. Kirwan Hall at the north end of the building. From the main entrance at 4176 Campus Drive, follow the signs to the end of the right hand hallway. Accessible entrances are located north of the main entrance and in the rear courtyard via Chemistry Lane.

Book Drop

During closed hours, library items can be returned to the book drop by the rear entrance to Kirwan hall. The book drop is on the ground floor near the elevator. Driving? Follow Chemistry Lane all the way back to the parking lot where you'll see arrows directing you the rest of the way. You can also navigate to our book drop using this Google Map.
