Carrels (Open)
Study carrels #3207-3261 are open to all library users on a first-come, first-served basis. These rooms cannot be reserved.
Activities: Individual Study, Virtual Meeting / Interview
Capacity: 1 person
Features: Electrical Outlets, First Come First Served, Food / Drink Allowed

Graduate Student Study Area
Find it on the Floor Map (Room # 3100A)
A quiet and comfortable space for graduate students and student veterans (regardless of status) to study or work individually. Request access and swipe your UMD ID card to enter.

Reading Room
This light-filled, classic-style reading room offers a quiet space for students and researchers. Wooden tables are equipped with individual task lamps, outlets, and USB ports. There is also soft seating for casual reading or quiet conversation. No food or drinks allowed (except water).
